About Spin Trim
The Spin Trim is a manually operated (hand & lever) leaf trimming machine, geared towards the small-to-medium sized projects. The Spin Trim is constructed out of medical grade stainless Steel and food grade rubber, ensuring quality results time after time.
The Spin Trim works by slowly tumbling and rolling your plants around between the metal grille and the top half of the inside of the unit. Inside the lid of the Spin Trim are rubber "fingers", which gently push the plants around. In the process of tumbling the plant around, only the leaves fall between the gaps in the metal grille.
The cutting wire sits underneath the metal grille. With each turn of the handle on top of the lid, the cutting wire is spun 30 times faster than the rubber fingers, leading to a fast slicing action of all leaves falling between the grille. It is as simple as loading up the grille, replacing the lid and cranking the handle 15-20 times.
